myBlueprint is a leading developer of K-12 EdTech tools used by over 1 million students across Canada. We create best-in-class digital portfolios and career/life planning tools to support student success and documentation of learning. You can learn more about us at www.myBlueprint.ca.

Our mission is to empower every student to thrive and succeed in education, career, and life. We're creating an active and engaging learning environment for all students, and we’re excited about what's next. Come grow your career with us!

About the Opportunity

This role combines corporate/industry sponsorships, program management, and educator engagement. We’re looking for a unique blend of commercial drive and customer empathy - someone who is just as comfortable building a pitch deck and securing a new corporate agreement as they are collaborating with education stakeholders to maximize student participation. You’ll work closely with industry partners, school boards, educators, and internal teams (including Customer Success and Marketing) to help create meaningful industry-connected opportunities for students, increase adoption, and strengthen program delivery.

If you are highly resourceful, comfortable working toward revenue targets, and love balancing big-picture program strategy with hands-on execution, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Own

  • Industry & Sponsor Relations: You will cultivate and grow our network of corporate sponsors, industry organizations, and community partners. You will own outbound prospecting, pipeline management, relationship management, and annual renewals.
  • Program Growth & Delivery: You will lead the continued growth and delivery of our career exploration programs. You will drive the outreach, communications, logistics, and participation efforts needed to run these initiatives successfully, while focusing on improving the participant experience and long-term scalability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption: You will manage relationships with educators and school board leads to drive high student participation. You will lead sessions and support school champions to ensure our initiatives are widely adopted and valued across classrooms.

What You'll Support

  • Events & Special Projects: You will provide cross-functional coordination, event logistics, and planning support for our broader, high-impact education events and initiatives.
  • Content & Resource Curation: You will assist with the organization, ongoing curation, and coordination of educational content and partner-supported materials across our digital channels to ensure they remain accurate and high-quality.
  • New Programs & Continuous Improvement: You will collaborate across internal teams to help identify optimization opportunities for existing programs and bring operational structure to new, upcoming initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Digital Prototyping & Scaling: You will leverage AI coding assistants and modern web tools to launch, experiment with, and maintain lightweight landing pages for our programs, allowing us to rapidly iterate without needing to lean heavily on internal engineering teams.

What an Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Full-Cycle Partnership Experience: A proven track record in partnership management, corporate fundraising, or account management where you were directly responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing corporate sponsorships or institutional agreements.
  • K-12 Education or EdTech Familiarity: Experience working within or alongside the K-12 education system, with an understanding of how to communicate effectively with school board leads, guidance counsellors, and educators, along with a genuine passion for strengthening the Canadian labour market by connecting students with emerging career pathways.
  • A "Customer Success" Mindset: You understand that securing a partner or signing up a school is only half the effort; you genuinely enjoy doing the outreach, training, and support required to ensure deep, long-term program adoption.
  • Target-Driven & Resourceful: Comfortable working toward measurable goals (like sponsorship revenue targets, teacher sign-ups, or student participation metrics) and independent enough to move initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Operational Skills: Highly organized and able to seamlessly manage timelines, event logistics, communications, content workflows, and administrative details across multiple distinct initiatives.
  • AI-Driven Builder Mindset: You love using modern digital tools to find shortcuts, experiment, and multiply your output. You have a "try, fail, learn" attitude and are comfortable or eager to learn AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or v0 to spin up standalone program landing pages. You don't wait for a development team to build a prototype; you figure out how to ship it yourself.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. This role will also be eligible for commission based on net new partnership revenue.
